Technical Requirements

3 x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus 1 or 2 linked with Ethernet Link hub - if 3 isn’t possible then just 2; but 3 would be ideal. 1 x Pioneer mixer DJM900 Nexus 1 or 2 (no other set up is acceptable) 2 x High Powered Monitors in DJ Booth with bass subwoofers. 1 x Electric Fan

Recording Requirements

Strictly no recording and / or live streaming of the DJ set or a portion of the DJ set without prior written consent from the agent or artist.

Refreshment And Catering Requirements

Drinks on the night: 4 x ice cold Peroni Nastro Azzuro bottled beers, 1 x large bottle of still mineral water, bottled Coca-Cola. Please inform the agent or artist prior to the event if these are not available. Food: Dinner buyout of £25, which should be pre-paid with fee balance prior to gig.

Accommodation Requirements

Hotel must be a minimum of 4* with ensuite bathroom & W.C and must be centrally located, with its own restaurant. Late check in/ check out and complimentary wifi is a must. Pre-paid full breakfast must be included as well as fully stocked mini-bar. Please appreciate that The Reflex is not gonna empty the minibar at your expense, it’s there if the need arises (emergency snacks etc..) HOTEL MUST BE APPROVED WITH AGENT

Travel Requirements

Passport: Mr. Nicolas Laugier First Class Train travel is a standard requirement for all journeys over 90 mins out of London. Priority boarding with an extra cabin bag included is a requirement on all flights - Aisle seat with extra legroom are important. Please include one piece of hold luggage (20kg) for long haul flights. When booking train tickets please use The Trainline Business so artist can collect tickets personally.
