Pablo Contraband
Pablo Contraband (real name Paul Budd) owns the club night Disco Deviant and The Unity Agency. Both of these projects were perfectly suited to his passion for music. He first took to the decks in the early 1990s, cutting his teeth at free raves, festivals and squat parties that essentially defined the Acid House scene of the era. This love affair lives on with Funk and Disco now taking a far more prominent place in his House, Techno and Breakbeat collection.
Long term residencies at Audio and Patterns in his native Brighton have seen him play alongside some heavy duty talent, affording him plentiful opportunity to further hone his craft in the booth.
Pablo Contraband is an exciting DJ possessing a style and sound of his own.
